Ohio legislation in early 2017 proposes to make the Ohio Renewable Portfolio Standard voluntary and was opposed by GEO and many others in Ohio GEO collage 2017 policyHouse Committee hearing on March 21st.  See GEO Testimony and testimony of others.  After GEO’s Energy Futures Conference held in November, 2016 in Columbus, Governor John Kasich vetoed legislation weakening the RPS.
